Privacy Policy
Iversen Publishing will only collect information from you for the following reasons:
   1. For registered online purchases at www.iversenpublishing.com and recording your orders.
   2. To add to our company database so we may inform you of promotions and new products.

We will ensure that security safeguards protect the information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation. We do not share your details with third party companies, with the exception of courier companies. Such companies and individuals will have access to specific personal information required to make deliveries, but may not use your details for any other purposes.

It is necessary for you to register your details with us in order to place online purchases through our website; however you have the right to choose not to receive emails or mailers from us that are not related to your orders or enquiries.

Secure Transactions 
Iversen Publishing is conscious of the need for privacy and security for your Internet transactions.
We use sophisticated encryption technology. This means at the checkout, our servers and your computer encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.

Email Policy
Every email message we send you includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply email us by return and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.

Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase.

We will endeavour to deliver your order 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. Any courier problems should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers outside New Zealand will be responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your Government

If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you to let you know.

If your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and include an explanation of the problem you have with the order.

Returns/Replacements
We are unable to accept returns so please choose carefully. If books have been damaged in transit, or are faulty, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the product(s). Replacements are subject to stock availability.
